โ โ โ โ โ The texture of the Lembing noodle is absolutely fabulous, accompanied by very traditional clear soup. You can choose the toppings from a good varieties. You will like this if you prefer lighter taste, especially suitable for people not feeling too well.

โ โ โ โ โ Once in a while I'd go back to Kuantan although not as frequent as I used to. I love the fact that I have a place to crash whenever I'm back to the capital of Pahang. Plus I have a lot of relatives and friends here. I'd take the opportunity to search for my favourite food every single time.
Normally I don't have to worry about my breakfast because my beloved aunt would always take care of it. As soon as I open my eyes, the breakfast is already waiting for me. But this time I asked her not to buy anything, as I wanted to explore. Located along the Jalan Air Putih area, I noticed this restaurant doing brisk business everytime I went to have my coffee at Pull-A-Shot Cafe nearby. So I decided to try this tune.
It is better if you know how to read Chinese because their items are listed in Chinese. Lucky for me I had my other half to read to me so I could make my choice.
โพSimilar to Yong taufu style, pick your ingredients or 'liew' and they'd cook together with your choice of broth - clear or curry - and noodle choice as well. Dry (kon lou) style also available. Their stuffed brinjal and fish ball were quite good to say the least.
โพI couldn't resist ordering the famous Sg Lembing taufu which was soft, silky and smooth.
โพCurry broth had the right consistency.
Overall the breakfast was satisfactory - all ingredients tasted freshly made and the tea was decent. Whether they are really from Sg Lembing or not I do not know, but I do know that it saved me from a 40-min drive into the former mining town.

โ โ โ โ โ We had three types of sg lembing noodles (curry, soup and dry) with Yong tau fus, ytf are very tasty and soft with loads of filings, the white toufus are remarkable without the typical taufu taste (tasted more like taufah) even someone who dislikes taufu will like it

โ โ โ โ โ Love the curry mee; delicious and not too spicy. Sg Lembing's curry mee is very famous, now you dont nee to be at Sg Lembing to enjoy the curry mee. You can select either the normal mee or the "Sg Lembing handmade mee". Do try the "Sg Lembing handmade" mee.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice Lembing noodles and curry noodles with its Yong Tau Foo. They sell half boiled eggs too. Worth trying if you haven't tried out Lembing noodles before.
