β β β β β Very bad service here. We come every single day to lodge police report. What we get is the system will offline everyday at 11 am. This is utter disgrace. Why nobody do anything to the server? This is really a major concern. When we asked when the system will available the answer is dont know. Can be few hours or more. This place really need to buckle up and stop making people waiting for no reason. long queue is bearable but for the system to be offline at similar time everyday is abnormal.

β β β β β This station is shockingly unreliable in everything. The service here is appalling and there are some corrupt people working in the department. These people take sides and play the race card when investigating an accident when they should be seeking real justice.
In most cases, Chinese is the prime loser when going up against Malay and Indian. Why become a police officer when you do not want to do your job properly? It is things like these that make people lose all respect for police officers.

β β β β β when i want to pay my saman, the system offline. After that the Sarjan that settle for my case he told me he can settle for me, so i pass him my saman with cash. i keep on calling him every week and until now almost near to the date i need to kena compund, my record is still there! What a lazy or unresponsible Sarjan! He just simply take away my money and simpan into his pocket thn never settle for me!

β β β β β Very corrupted branch of police traffic, when i want to pay my saman, the counter closed. Then there is one officer told me he can settle for me, so i hand over the kertas saman with cash. 2 months later my record is still there and i went back this station. The other officer told me the officer that took my saman and cash sudah pencen. there gone my hard earn money.
