★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacist Francis was very helpful when we visited last weekend with our elderly acquaintance in wheelchair. He was patient in attending to our queries about the different models of wheelchair, and was also accommodating in catering to uncle's needs and mobility limitations.
I would urge Sunway Group to review existing business premises and think about designing for persons with disabilities (e.g. wheelchair ramps (entrance), toilets, interior). Given the pharmacy is offering products for persons with disabilities, it should make the premise more accessible to such groups.
