β β β β β Okay, so we booked the Executive City View suite, which is an upgrade of the standard room and came in to this. Lol? A pyramid blocking almost 90% of the window view, this is a city view ? honestly it's not a problem for me but what makes it worse is the following issues noticed (1) mould throughout the grout lines in the bathroom - this is not a cosmetic issue but a health hazard (2) empty body shower dispenser , (3) room is extremely stuffy - clearly someone has been smoking inside here despite the 'no smoking' policy. I am pretty sure I would find more defects if I had stayed longer.
The place otherwise is extremely convenient , directly connected to the shopping mall which makes it so breezy to explore

Can you see the amount of dust on the phone picture here?
Can you see the towels are stained?
It is not just one towels
It is 3 towels having the similar stains
I think hand towels should be provided as well.
Other than that
When we enter the hotel, the front door was greeted by a unfriendly staff ( Indian)
Just mention race but not being racist but for you all to identify the person and give some training for staff.
Not sure his name.
Overall stay room was pathetic
Full of dust
Towels full of stains

β β β β β Breakfast is the best. Everything is available, and based on my personal experience the team is very professional and they care about the guest more than expected. I really appreciate the team and the hotel for such a great and nice stay.

β β β β β Check in today (Sunday) took almost 45 mins. I understand itβs a long weekend but it it should have been smoother. Watch out for your belongings. Someone I know had their backpack stolen while seated in the lobby. Many people who arenβt guests walk in and out. Security is unfortunately lacking.

β β β β β Booked this hotel for my parents to stay the weekend and they were all raving about the superb hospitality especially from the front office staff Ali who even shared heβs from Selayang. My parents were very happy with the friendliness and helpfulness of the front office team and it really brightened their stay. The room was clean and big, cozy and easy to rest after a busy day. Hotel is connected to mall so my parents had a blast walking around shopping to their content.

β β β β β 1. The standard of the room exceeded my expectations especially with the Tanamera toiletries.
2. Check-in Check-out was painless and professional. Super courteous staff and front desk.
3. Concierge and Security were respectful and professional. Again super courteous in their interactions with me.
4. Room Service - my customized order was perfect.
Great job to the team at Sunway Pyramid Hotel.
And the fact that there is direct access to the Mall was an added bonus.

Front desk admin are helpful.
We checked in at 1.45am smoothly.
Hotel room is comfortable with necessary amenities.
For breakfast(starts 6am~10.30am), one has to walk about 60m from hotel... Foods are nice with local dishes, western, Asian style, pastries, coffee, juice, yogurts, fruits, vegetables...
