Gave it 5 but change to 3 stars bcause the last time i went to buy a floor trap which i bought a few before, the exact same thing price hike frm Rm11 to 22 and what more their staff just told me Rm11. After payment they rush out to inform me different price and i need to top up. Hmm im topping up thvprice frm inside my car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Super Ceramic Tiles at Ampang water front branch because it was near my home and have a wide selection of tiles. As I was busy running my special education centre while renovating my apartment in a tight budget. With no prior experience or knowledge on these stuff yet i like to be hands on to try out designing my own home. I went back and forth so many times till I was so embarrass? but the store manager Daniel was very patient . He tirelessly explained every tile that i picked about it's usage and suitability and even gave me ideas of what to match.?. Although he looked unkempt and I was a little uncomfortable but he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Daniel. ?
My family are very happy with our new home and I had a great experience and fun playing home decorating in real life ?. I love the tiles that look like wood. Look cozy and warm but cool to the touch . Very nice in our warm climate. It definitely made my 30 years old apartment looks modern. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered tiles for renovation, the consultation was ok and was told that cracked tile will be exchange one for one. Upon the delivery there was heavy rain, and the lorry driver left and told us we had 3-4 days to check for defect tiles. On the same night we found one tile with big cracked and informed the salesman and was refused to exchanged the crack tiles. Deeply disappointed. Also, the the number of tiles required was wrongly advised by the sales person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the place is just OK. The prices are reasonable (for walk-in customers, maybe experienced contractors could find cheaper tiles). On average, a piece of 2ft x 2ft tile cost around 9-15myr for basic design (grade A). Beautiful designs will cost more than the basic ones. But 4-star goes to the boss who explained face-to-face politely and with full of humbleness. He also explained why some tiles are cheaper and why some are not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They dont deserve a single star after i confirmed my purchase (fully paid before tiles delivery). Guess i was very unlucky such unfortunate event happen to me. The delivery guy was impolite, keep pestering us and has a very poor communication skill. The reason is because he knows that he is delivering a very bad items to us (mahu cepat cuci tangan & left us startled with the items). He reached my place way-too-early, dropped the items far from loading/unloading area. As my contractor saw the items, he was in disbelief and so do I. I immediately notified sales assistant name Van*ss* about the problem and her only solution is they will only do replacement if items are of WORSE DAMAGE. The packaging was a complete mess (koyak berterabur) and i wonder what substandard items (tiles) they delivered to me giving such packaging (by right, they should have proper safekeeping of the items and please at least do proper packaging before delivery. My RM50 pair of shoes' packaging even nicer than RM2kplus items bought from this store). I feel cheated. Thus, police report lodged. At the time of writing, I am waiting for their response. Please wish me luck and i pray other prospective buyers wont experience this nightmare.
