β β β β β Bad review from Super Ceramic Bukit Puchong, donβt ever buy your tiles from this outlet. The service is below par and the tiles are in terrible shape. First the sales person did not calculate the tiles properly as per sq ft given and few boxes of the tiles are broken either on the side or so (refer to photo). And they only replace half of the tiles after that we made a complaint.
Some of the tiles even have minor defects. We didnβt opt for low grade tiles which is prone to defects and colours issue, this is middle grade tiles which is supposed to be decent quality.

β β β β β Big warehouse and showroom with variety of tiles that wont break your pocket. This is where renovation contractors go for their tiles and bathroom accessories. Sales lady was friendly and helpful. Just let her know where you wanna use the tiles and she will direct you. Comparatively, a savings of up to 50% over brand name tiles at places like Homepro or tile retailers.

β β β β β Horrible experience buying from this place. It took 3 deliveries and numerous calls and follow ups to receive the full shipment. Project is delayed by a week (from promised delivery date). Not a single return call even after promises to do by the salesperson - Vivien Lau. This is after confirming that all tiles are in stock during purchase. We even changed tile colors to those that are in stock. Also, tiles arrived with chips (see picture). I will not buy from this place again.
