โ โ โ โ โ We were there last week to buy some tiles after got to know their shop thru FB. The service given by the petite chinese lady is excellent. She gave us very good price compared to other shops. Very friendly lady as well. Assist us throughout our visit. Recommended to buy your tiles here.

โ โ โ โ โ Not worth for stars.. I was customer and bought tiles super ceramic seminyeh kajang branch. Ms Elin did good job on all arrangement. Recently I introduced y sister and she bought tiles, bathroom sink set cost rm 899.00 and toilet.. overall cost nearly 3k. Only one recycle bag as giftI worst situation happen today when the toilet pump the gave wrong items. Suppose long pipe but gave us short. When back to super ceramic to change the item they deny and not agree to change. When we see the display unit the pump totally different then the toilet sell to us.. really cheating sales person. After a big argument and justication finally he agree. He kept asked for speaking English and he said not understand Malay. Why you company keep a arrogant and language friendly staff. He keep ask my brother to go down and discuss.when go down he ask the guard not allow my brother to enter the premise. My brother higher his voice scolded him at the same time when he shown arrogant attitude towards my sister in the first hand. The sales person seems like gangster action.. really hope to train well the sales person to be customer friendly not show gangsterism.. the price also quite expensive compared other shop around kajang..

โ โ โ โ โ saleswoman very rude. they didnt check the stock before making payment. now we need to go to semenyih branch to take the tiles. and storekeeper at semenyih not very friendly. hopefully can train your staff. i would not prefer those branch.
