★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worse experiences I've ever had at super ceramic, had an appointment to measure my toilet door, they promised that he will be at my house at 3pm on a sunday. Despite that i work on a weekend my only time off i wasted 2 hours for time waiting for the guy. He did not even inform us that if his coming or wether he’ll be late or not. Terrible experience i never had this kind of experience at other super ceramic stores

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A double storey warehouse housing majority of house/shop renovation desires & needs. Extremely strict C19 prevention @ entrance of warehouse. Self scan tempreature, scan warehouse QR code or register on guest book before sanitising hands....all this under staff close supervision. Below right of entrance houses a huge aray of small household needs including a variety of toilet door replacements. Friendly, knowledgeable & experience staff greets potential customer. Upstairs houses countless floor titles or boards to basins, taps, shower utility and of course toilet bowls brands of local & China. All toilet bowls are made in China. Decision would take into consideration on long term problem like easy availability of internal mechanism would affect choices. Price range, type of trap, length of sewerage hole can be counter by an offset, suitability of seat with soft close parallel or fully covered cover. Simple pick up process as warehouse staff shows product before loading into your car/mpv, van or lorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because it's among the few tile shops to open on Sundays, Super Ceramic Tiles Kota Damansara can be quite crowded over the weekends. Nonetheless, it's an exciting outlet to visit due to its sheer size and inventory. It's more like a one-stop center for your renovation work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first service was good. Then I was offered promotion to buy toilet bowl at rm1. When arranging for delivery, they conveniently say that the item out of stock and no more promotion. Obvious lie and con job. Threw my renovation plans and have to fork out extra budget. Ask to collect any promotional items. Otherwise they will cheat you
Poor and lousy aftersales by Edward. Avoid him if you must get your items from there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant experience purchasing tiles here. The salesman Jasper was excellent. He was very helpful, patient and pro-active. He even helped out on his off day.
The real hero's were the warehouse guys who helped to carry and load the tiles. One guy was very honest. He suspected that one box had broken tiles. He checked and changed it for me. Good service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here few years ago and it's our usual one stop shop for housing stuffs. Came here today to have a look at kitchen tiles. Bought some tiles and kitchen equipments. They have good SOP from payment to delivery and have many staffs. It's hard to find staff to attend you though. However, once they attended you, the service is good. Feel that the choices of brand is less compared to last time.
