★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of the picture taken is the worst i have ever seen, the studio doesn't have proper lighting set that cause my face to become half dark half bright. Not recommended for taking pictures for formal purposes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is very slow! I asked to scan 4 documents and have to wait for almost an hour although there were no customer at the moment. The price is extremely expensive considering the slow service it is totally not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RM15 for 5 passport sized photos. I would consider that quite reasonable. The place was understaffed with only one person handling everything but she was polite and did her work quite quickly even though there were many customers.
