★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ain't my first dinning experience where a Chinese Restaurant Serve in a French style .. For Chinese Restaurant , food r always serve all on the table within 10 to 20min while U had start eating .. yet , we have 2 table wit 24pax .. our fish was serve on the table where r table was not set for plate, cutlery, tea & etc .. best part was our fishes .. *most likely like kinda of red wine that need to open & rest for 10 to 20min then only is best to consume !! So , to my Red Snapper , after place on the table for more then 10 min then i started to go pick up & set the table for my family & kitchen even make wronly coz we order Ginger Style & serve us with Chinese style .. Taste of every dishes wasn't bad .. just serve in French style .. Best of Luck ..

Went there for dinner on 1st May, found empty table in front of their counter and we ask a staff if we can sit and were told ok. But guess what, after we decided our menu and wanted to make our order, another staff asked if we have reservation as they don't take walk-ins for the day. We wasted almost half an hour looking for seat and deciding menu, ended up we were late and couldn't find other restaurants at all as all restaurants were so packed. Fully understand that it's holiday and they take reservation only, what make us angry is there isn't any sign at the front door, telling that no walk-ins for that day, and it wasn't told as well when we asked the staff about seat. The staff said that the other staff don't know about reservation and that's why we were not told. What a joke! I guess a A4 paper is really so expensive huh, that's why they can't even afford to write a no walk-in sign at the entry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommend unless you are willing to risk waiting more than 2 hours from order submitted time. Incapable to handle large crowd of customers even all the seated customers are under booking, as I am. Disappointed and worst dinner experience. Not worth a visit for the neck long waiting time from a delighted dinner, turn out to be a nightmare supper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a big restaurant cannot handle 38 tables routinely.
1) Arrived on time based on table booking timing 7.15pm (Ordered the food while waiting for table readiness).
2) Still need to wait more than 30 minutes to have the table ready which is acceptable due to the crowd (Happily get everyone seated at 7.45pm).
3) Our family (including small kids) looking forward to enjoy their famous Lobsters ? but after 1 hour (8.45pm) food is not ready and was told require to wait for another 8 tables before they can serve our food (Patiently wait because we are on a happy holidays).
4) Kids are starving and sleepy. Everyone is starving and food is not served.
After many rounds of follow up, the first Lobster ? served at 9.45pm.
5) We thought our wait is finally end and we could enjoy but the food stop serving after the second dish [Steam fish is tasteless and full of Scale (鱗)] at around 10.00pm.
6) Our happy dinner turned into an unpleasant supper and we decided to leave after the 2nd dish.
7) It's very sad to hear that we are not alone and many other customers are also facing the same problem (Including Elderly & Kids).
8) Being patient for a reasonable situation (due to the crowd required to wait) is fine but this is too much as it's more than 2.5 hours to get the 2 dishes served.
9) I feel very sorry and bad for the family as they should deserve a pleasant and happy dinner together.
10) We will not come back again even though they have the best lobster in the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food, very generous portion, good service and nice ambience! Price is reasonable too especially lobsters and other seafood. Will definitely come back again in the future ? only comment is the road entering the restaurant area not being done properly, very bad for tyres ?
