I've been a coach at Supersharkz and I really love the syllabus. However, the toilets and showers of the stadium has got to be improve.

Very rude owner. No sportsmanship and students appear to be abusive in the name of sport. How to learn to be good sportsman?

Rude people and money hungry. I asked for the price of the shirt that they want me to buy yet they don't even want to tell me the price. Why do we even need to buy an unnecessary shirt? They want extra money by practically forcing us to buy it yet don't have the decency to tell us the price

They have since made the fees uniform across the Shah Alam(public pool) and Kota Damansara (private pool). Given this change, the Kota damansara private pool is much better as the pool is partially heated and also salt water.

How do you rate a place where the owner labelled you a busybody and ask you to stop your child from learning in his center in FRONT of your child because he felt offended with a question you asked? Before that he belittled your profession as a kindergarten teacher and tell you that you should read more about children and if you are not a sportsman, should leave it to them... the experts on how to train... Ask you if you have attended any of their meetings where 1.5 years with them, I have not been informed there is such a meeting... and asked why I didn't join their Facebook. I doubt all parents will do that. I am looking for a place where my child can learn good sportsmanship and while being competitive can lose graciously.... but experiencing this left a distaste feeling for me. I am all out for young successful Malaysian Entrepreneurs because they are the future of Malaysia and seeing young people successful is really fulfilling. But to see such behaviour that comes with success is repulsive. What more in the name of sport? β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” Updated on 29th Aug 2018 Today, after spoken to both owners of Supersharkz and understood the situation that leads to the incident above, I must say I am impressed that despite the unfavourable situation, both of them faced the challenge head on. It is not about not having make any mistake, all of us do, but it is about the character that the persons have that despite such mistake, face the consequences and making right the misunderstanding. This is rare in today’s world. Kudos to both of them for having shown such characters and instil hope for our young people and passions for swimmers. Hope more champions will be born through your works.

Supersharkz training is good. But please get PADE to improve on their facilities. Their changing and shower room is atrocious. Kids refused to shower there after training classes. It will be better if the training for level 5 and below could be done at the indoor swimming centre. Better containment and less disruption due to rain.

It was four months ago that I placed my comment here. You have fantastic instructors, who have caring character and always give feedback of my children. But all their efforts going down the drain because your administration has gone from bad to WORSE in the last four months. 1. The change of place from Dwi Emas to PADE is troublesome because: 2. 99% of the time no parking 3. No email was sent (not in spam too) that Indoor pool will be unavailable today and we need to collect ticket at your merchandise then proceed. to crowded (public) outdoor pool. 4. No sign (both indoor and outdoor) which class is where? And we need to approach anyone with supersharkz trunk to ask our direction and where he/she needs tarrot to guess that out. It was all good when there was admin sitting at the desk to guide and control the atmosphere. When your digitalization took over the admin, now at this public pool it just a mess. Let me help you here. NOW, going back why I chose SUPERSHARKZ over others 3 years ago: 1. You had the same caring, professional instructors...keep them. 2. Not once I parked outside (dwi emas) except during school internal activities, even with no parking space the traffic was controlled by guards. 3. Dedicated admin: takes the attendance, tell us what's new, informs us before the next payment due 4. Bathrooms were cleaner 5. The pool was dedicated for Supersharkz students; controlled environment for focussed and condusive environment. 6. A rack.to arrange your sandals and shoes 7. A place for parents to sit Let's see for the next two months
