β β β β β Very bad Service after sales. Sent in my vacuum cleaner in nov17 for warranty claim till today the unit is still in their store n keep saying dealer no time to pickup. Means u have bad relationship with ur dealers? I ll not buy from ur store ever again.

β β β β β Nahh i dont recommended this shop. Too pricey and almost got cheated. What they said totally different from display. Cancel order and got refund. Its all their fault and didnt ask for apology at all. Also they underestimate me bcs i wear tshirt jeans and sandal. Not professional.

β β β β β Very Very slow Extended warranty service, sent my TV under extended warranty on 12 oct 2021, rebate only given to buy new tv at their place on 16 Jan 2022 They inform they unable to repair it. It took them 3 months. The new TV i brought from them this time , i didn't take the Extended warranty. only manufacturer 2 years warranty. But waiting 3 months is unreasonable.

β β β β β We bought an AC unit from this seller through Lazada, 2 weeks no update at all from them, very bad after sales services. We have to keep following up till today but still no update on the delivery and installation date. Very bad seller, not recommended at all.
