★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I honestly don’t like this place , I came for lice treatment and they treated me for oily scalp and scammed me by lying that my hair touched my shoulder when it wasn’t. Terrible customer service especially the lady who washed my hair . I literally got scammed having to pay RM120 for shampoo and the treatment I wasn’t supposed to get ! Giant rip off do not go ????

inside is pretty confortable, parking infront of the shop might depends on luck ,opposite the shop have more parking but need to pay parking fee expect weekends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet has improved its staffs strength from barely 3-5 staffs to more than 10 staffs now. All the staffs are mostly local and well trained. You can more or less expect the same service from anyone that serves you. They know the procedure well. Staffs and courteous and friendly. You can opt for an a-la-carte service or sign up a package with them. The add on products is optional. Expect to spend 2 hours here for the whole treatment.
