The state Standing Committee on Islamic Religious Affairs, Consumer Affairs and Halal Industry said, based on the monitoring, it found that the tarawih sunat prayers were held well.
Alhamdulillah, in general, SOPs are well implemented by the management of mosques and suraus. The congregation present was also obedient.

Selangor allows Muslims to perform tarawih prayers for 20 rak'ahs in mosques and suraus during Ramadan.
However, the management of mosques and suraus are advised to recite short surahs or common verses, when performing the sunnah prayers.
