Surau kampong Kepala Bukit, Permatang Pauh, Bukit Mertajam ini dewan solat terletak dibahagian atas seperti surau2 lama yang lain. Surau ini terletak dipinggir jalan menuju ke Pekan Penanti. Bahagian atas masih lagi kekal kayu asal. Kehadiran jemaah masih tidak banyak berubah seperti mana dahulu hanya melibatkan golongan tua yang hadir.

Surau kampong Kepala Bukit, Permatang Pauh, Bukit Mertajam, this prayer hall is located at the top like other old suraus. This surau is located on the side of the road leading to Pekan Penanti. The top still remains the original wood. The presence of the congregation still has not changed much as it used to only involve the elderly who were present.
