★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unpredictable behavior from the residents. Mostly from the foreign dwellers who are drunk, even in broad daylight. The noise from the high roads are sometimes pain in the ears but the apartment is spacious enough for KL standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is one night market super close to Suria Jelatek on Friday every week(next to Jelatek train station) around is a little bit messy because of construction and noisy ? but still worth for rent as it's easily to access main cities

Pros: well maintained, nice and clean, had great scenery, facilitated with cafe , a small convenience shop, pools , playground and gym, nice security guards (no fuss and always greet you everyday?) and management ( if you have any household damages no need to find pumbler etc just go to the management office they have their own man to fix it but quite pricey compared to current services) , residents are partly foreigners and locals, nearby to lrt jelatek,pasar malam every friday (could get raw foods for your kitchen with cheap and reasonable price,foods ,drinks, clothes,fruits etc), have some convenience shops and stalls behind condo.
Cons: congestion every morning if you're driving , lrt is so packed sometimes need to pass on 4 coaches of train? but after 9 am it's clear
For me, it's the most comfortable living experience in kl so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The residence has a low density of tenants which is great. The location is strategic especially to those who work in city area. It only takes 5 minutes walking from the building to the nearest LRT station(Jelatek) and that’s very convenient for those who commute via public transport.
The downfall of this place is a forever-ongoing Highway construction which leads to heavy traffic.
