★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi Suria Jerai team, before I comment on this page I already lodge an email complaint to your email address regarding one seller at your outlet which I believe has scammed me with huge amount of money from aircond installation.
He told me the extra charge for installation is only RM 250 and never explain to me that there are possible charges as well. I asked him couple of times during purchase date (12/4/21) and installation date through a phone call (16/4/21) but he's never helpful with my complaints to him about the installation extra price. I texted him 4 times with similar issue, no replies to this day.
The actual installation price is RM 670. After several hours of installation, piping of the aircond leaked because the vendor used a thin and cheap pipe for piping.
I seek your help through this complaint. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy technician and poor customer service. Don't respect customer's preference before installation. Charging extra for changing plug which is still usable. Ask to reinstall yet he ask for extra charge and keep saying that's our fault. Team, pls take note!!!!
