a quiet area

Been living here for almost a year. (I live in block A, though I think my complaint applies to both) Didn't really enjoy it all that well. I will consider this a middle-low class apartment. If you are considering renting here, look for other options, there are some similar price range but considerably better service. 1. Management is bad! It feels like they are desperately wanting you to pay them. While all the maintenance are done poorly by them. Not well cleaned, facilities not fixed properly, etc. Because of this, I feel that the maintenance fee we pay is overpriced and not justified. A lot of tenents there have been owing them maintenance fee. And once, they posted a list of full name of all tenents, house number, and the amount they owe around the apartment. (They might have received complaints and has since removed the full names and only listed house numbers and amount owed.) Management has also been setting extra charges for late payment, giving out fines for vehicles that violates their parking rules. Etc. All the efforts, to me, look like they are less interested in providing a quality service to the tenents, but instead only interested in your money. (I understand it is our responsibility to pay maintenance fee, obey regulations. No excuse for those tenents who did not. But I am just not a fan of paying for mediocre service while still being harassed) 2. Parking is terrible! We live in the corner house, but have to walk all the way to the other very end of the building for our cars...everyday!!! In other words, bad parking space arrangements. Also, the street outside the apartment is always full of vehicles parking there. Making it way too crowded! Too few visitor parking spaces. You'll only get two parking access card. No extra! (You could get more pedestrian cards but they don't work the same) very inconvenient if you have more than 2 vehicles. 3. Security Generally peaceful and quiet. Always get new security guards. Some were nice, some were really rude! There used to be a lot of shouting heard from the guard house. Go figure... But to be fair. Some of them are really responsible and kind. So depending on your luck i guess... In conclusion, if you have other options, go for those. Unless things mentioned above don't bother you. In which case, its a fair and quiet place to live in. For me, I am very excited to be moving out of here.

Cool, quiet, clean, and surrounded by nature. Very breezy with chirping birds every morning. Tenants are family type and polite. Very difficult to find these qualities in KL these days. Short distance drive to MRT, hospitals, supermarkets, and plenty of food
