★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value for money for mid-range apartment seekers. Good for students and working adults for rental. Management is very efficient. Very minimal lift downtime and it gets repaired relatively quickly. Above average facilities and has badminton courts as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been living here for 6 years & love this place so much. The Management is very efficient, place is kept clean & maintained well. Well secured & rules are strict so there are very minimal defaulters in paying maintenance fees. The management is also very active & there are always activities like blood donation drive & festive celebrations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented here for 2 years and sublet the rooms, overall good experience with management and guards. All friendly and they attend to your queries quite fast. Maybe I am one of the lucky ones to have good servicd thus far.
Liked it a lot even bought one unit here to stay. Close to many places and convenient. Not to much noise in block B.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean building. Good management. Always upgrading facilities. Good covid management protocols in place. Units are spacious and affordable. 24 hour security. Nice common area on level 2 with a gym, tennis court bbq area, reading room, mamak outlet, printing shop, convenience store, swimming pool. Rental might be slightly high depending on owner/agent. Can have good views from higher units of each block. Not too many tall buildings around to block the view.
