What I like about this clinic are the staffs are all female Muslim and they are really helpful and friendly. I always feel comfortable coming for my appointment as I know that I am in good and professional hands ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Done in Waterfront branch before and the dentist (male) is soo friendly.
But this Ampang Point branch one of the Female Dentist is not quite friendly. Not 'rude' or 'arrogant' but less attentive which means she just like "let's get it the job done".
We expected the dentist to be more 'friendlier' as we choose and pay here to have the comfortable and pleasant dental experience.
We can choose other private dental places if we want to actually (as the price is not much different pun) but paying thousand ringgits with barely basic questions by the doctor is not what we looking for!
We want the doctor to be more attentive and ask about the dental conditions, further advises, SMILE or 'tanya khabar'. I've seen better & friendly dentist in govt dental.
So please, all the dentist & staffs, be friendly &
be passionate at your noble job as we pay thousands for better experience!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did scaling and filling treatment here. As for the treatment, I would say very good. The environment of the clinic is also very clean and comfy. However, staff agak kurang ramah. Tak sombong, cuma kurang mesti. Can be improved.
Will I repeat my treatment here? YES. ?
