★ ★ ★ ★ ★ overall was a good experience, however ada beberapa perkara yang pihak spa perlu improve untuk memastikan pelanggan akan repeat untuk datang.
1. pihak spa perlu menitikberatkan "privacy customer". tambah langsir ataupun bidai untuk mengelakkan customer lain nampak customer lain masa tengah berurut. itukan aurat. ni tak, total orang yang nampak saya in "half naked condition" saja dah dekat 5 orang. sepatutnya, hanya tukang urut ke boleh nampak condition customer mcm tu.
2. letak pembahagi antara meja urut dan toilet.
kita tengah urut, ada customer lain guna toilet, ada staff lain tengah cuci toilet dan ruang bath. ketung ketang ketung ketang.
sangat lah takkkkkkkkk rilex okay.
3. lagu! tolong lah tukar dan check balik kualiti lagu. pastikan semua lagu yang dipasangkan, tak ada lirik. hanya melodi. dan pilih yang betul2 untuk rilex, untuk clear the mind. lupakan lah lagu cindai ke, nirmala ke and ntah apa2 tu.
4. dan last, kalau boleh, bagi lah customer pakai selipar indoor. baru la rasa hygiene sikit. and selipar tu make sure sanitze for every customer.
sekian, nukilan ikhlas dari pelanggan yang perihatin. Harap pihak spa dapat buat penambah baikan.
overall was a good experience, however there are some things the spa needs to improve to ensure customers will repeat to come.
1. The spa needs to emphasize "customer privacy". add curtains or shutters to prevent other customers from seeing other customers in the middle of the massage. That's aurat. No, the total number of people who saw me in "half naked condition" is close to 5 people. supposedly, only the masseuse can see the customer's condition.
2. Place the divider between the massage table and the toilet.
we were sorting, there were other customers using the toilet, there were other staff washing the toilet and the bath room. ketung ketang ketung ketang.
very takkkkkkkkk rilex okay.
3. song! please change and check the quality of the song. make sure all songs are paired, no lyrics. just a melody. and choose the right one for rilex, to clear the mind. Forget the song cindai ke, nirmala ke and ntah apa2 tu.
4. and last, if possible, for customers to wear indoor slippers. just a little hygiene. and selipar tu make sure sanitze for every customer.
so much, sincere quotes from concerned customers. Hope the spa can make improvements.
