★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good. Our JMB logged complaints to Air Selangor and Indah Water regarding extremely high utility bill but their response were very slow. After reporting to SPAN on this matter, able to resolve the issue with correction on billing within 3 months. Thank you SPAN!
