The service is extremely deteriorating - the manager herself (aka cashier) was so rude , pls get her to attend refresher course as a manager The food is ok and slow.

Very slow service, dirty cloth to wipe equally dirty table. Picture is our served yakiniku, 80% rice 15% fats 5% cheap "beef" chunks. Terrible

the staff service was so bad and management ughhh it so so so bad there are watch us the bad there are looking at us like we don't have money to come here !!! I hope the manager of this sushi king can give some attitude to your staff ????????

After 2.5 years, the standard has dropped tremendously. Understaffed and the food quality is disappointing. Let's hope they'll pick up once the crowd is back.

Poor service level, staff attitude as if they were forced to attend to customers. Food quality just okay, has been consistent since forever. Given a choice will not have chosen this outlet.

I rarely give 1 star reviews. But if I can give 0 star here, I would. I visited sushi King years ago. It was bad. But I always see queues previously. Didn't know was it just me or what. So I decided to give it another shot. My main gripe was the sushi rice. It was so coarse and dry. It almost tasted like short basmati rice. It was like that 10 years ago. It still is today. We visited this outlet at 11.30am and we were the first customers. Service was similar to their ipad - slow and buggy. It was almost impossible to order on their ipad as it lags so much. If its gonna be so laggy, then please revert back to human service. Human service was half past six. All the staff seemed so lazy and slack. Ordered soft shell crab handroll. We saw the soft shell crab being taken out from the kitchen to the sushi counter. It was left there for at least 15mins before someone did something to it. The worst part has yet to come. A staff - probably the outlet manager - dropped a fork or spoon on the floor, picked it up and proceeded to dump it back into the container where they stored their utensils to make sushi. It's unimaginable what happens behind in the kitchen when such thing can happen in the open at the sushi counter. Please save yourself from the horror and stay away from here.
