β β β β β Worst service. Arrived almost 9pm, be seated and we ordered through the tablet on the table. Wait for almost 1-hour, the staff came and asked is there any food that we have not received? None! We came hungry and ordered almost 20-plates of sushi available in their tablet bcs the sushi on conveyer belt only left with unappetizing looks and dull. They only give excuses and excuses. Totally not gonna come here again. I rather open my own sushi business laaa like thisss seriously for god sake! Kelantanese need more authentic sushi provided in town ????

β β β β β Very bad service. Ordererd from grab, theres missing item for buka puasa. Had to find another food last minute cuz there isnt enough food.tried calling several time but engaged. In fact the dine in service was also bad. Sushi king HQ pls check your staff and food. Aorry but have to say its bad. The food presentation is bad as well.

β β β β β Please improve your service. Bukan nak tutup periuk nasi, but this branch by far the worst. Customer service sgt lambat. Order food panda pickup tapi bila nak ambil, makanan tak buat lagi. No apologies to the customer, staff insisted for me not to complain. Please improve your service.

Unfortunately the service is outrageously poor. Extremely slow service, lack of social-interpersonal skill by staff. Only 2 staff to cater the whole dining/take away customer on Bonanza Day!! Are you kidding me?? Long que & long waiting period outside the restaurant despite having empty tables, limited choices of sushi on kaiten belt; AND additional order cannot be fulfilled??ββοΈ
Iβve been to several Sushi King outlets in various state, so far Sushi King KB mall is the worst outlet Iβve ever encountered.

β β β β β Good taste for sushi n udon but not for the service. I think this branch should be audit from the hq. Sushi king is one of my fav restaurant. But this branch always give a bad services. Late serve, ordered menu but staff not key in. Staff no curtesy to say sorry. So 5 star for food, but 2 star for staff n service.
