Lack of choice for sushi menu, there were scallop sushi before but not now. service is good.

Food prices were cheap, quality is reasonable compared to the prices. Good selection of menu. Services was meh took them 30 minutes+ to cook my salmon. Others were good !

Very bad service. Racist. Waited for 50mins for the order to arrive. People who came after us received their food. Asked for the order and everyone was rude. Never come to this place if you’re other race that chinese

I had called up to place a booking for dinner last Saturday and respective staff had noted it. Almost immediately after hanging up, the restaurant had called me back to say that no bookings are allowed on weekends. Despite my initial annoyance, this restaurant actually managed to turn my views around. When I arrived, a table was arranged for me (albeit by a female staff who wasn't the friendliest). A much friendlier male staff subsequently took our order for food and voluntarily changed our table to a bigger one. Food arrived very shortly after. Everything we've ordered was fresh, very tasty and was worth every cent charged. We will be making a return, I'm glad to say.

1star for environment, 1 star for ice-cream, 0.5star for service, 0.5 star for food. Food preparation time way more longer than expected (not much customer and not within busy hour) took more than 45min for takeaway . Majority food is so so, dislike the ginger. Hygienic problem ( got ?).

My order was for Delivery. Food was decent and they had actually had some winners like the Garlic Fried Rice which was really good. However, the one charge that triggered me was the Packaging Charges. I admit that the charges are mentioned when you select the item. Every item has a separate charge. When the total bill arrived, it was $20 worth of plastic. These charges are really overpriced as some of the packaging wasn't even good quality ones cos for those charges, I would expect actual containers that were reusable or of better quality. Some were flimsy and I was charged $1 for it. I think even the hawker stalls have better thicker plastic bags than what Wafu gave. So Wafu - you need to bring down your charges for packaging. People - be forewarned!

THE MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. POOR SERVICE BY WAITER/WAITRESS. POINT : Can't imagine how many plates of sushi has flying through by the fly. It has 2 flies there. The cover has hole that's why the fly can go inside. The shop and staff pretend nothing happened when the fly is flying around and stay at some of the table even mine! Other customers saw it as well, they don't dare to pick up the sushi plate on the rolling machine. They have to force to order on the menu, me too. Some customers didn't spoke it out to the staff and enjoying their meal happily. I just felt disgusting and disappointed. I paid it and leave without spending more time. I did put the plate on my table. I guess what, the staff will just let the fly coming out from the plate and just out back to the sushi rolling machine to sell to others. POINT : Poor service, I've called the waitress for take an order. I've spoke out properly for what should I ordered, but the waitress just looking around then she said : what you want again? Hello? Am I a joke? I have told but you're not pay attention. Nevermind, I repeated. Once the food arrived, she just put it on the table by her DARK FACE. I have pay for the food and hope you can serve us well as a waitress in the shop, but I felt that you're not respect your customer. You're not a good waitress, don't even know how to provide good service. This is not the first time I come, I have always support, but yeah, it will be the last time I visit your shop! Holly. Not again for this shop!
