β β β β β Useless unit. They announce the programme save 2.0 but no feedback. Applied for the voucher but no info or any email received from Lazada or Seda after 2 weeks.Tried reaching lazada. That's another useless customer service. Tried calling SEDA 10 times with different extension and tried calling the operator as well but no one picked up. I don't see the point of doing a programme when there is no proper channel to address any issue ?ββοΈ?ββοΈ

β β β β β i called 4 numbers for SAVE 3.0 and Flood Relief but no one answered to my call! hahahaha need wait another earthquake then only we can see got people inside the office? noe even deserved 1 star.

Call for almost 3 hrs during working hours on weekday for SEDA 3.0, most of the line no one pick up, if there is someone pick up also transfer the call here and there. Its not even weekend or public holiday! Service so suck. And some of the 5 star review below are given by their own staff. I suggest the operating hour can change to permanently closed, since no one working.
