★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A brand new condo residence set against the lush green landscaped park and views of it or the twin palm resurgence. The 3 layer security levels is a comfort to both residents and visitors. The whole development is one of tranquility, peaceful ambience and good CHI! Facilities are also complete... Infinity pool, well equipped gym, badminton and squash courts, playground, big reading room, prayer rooms... Very nice place to stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sutera Pines workmanship is at average. Many defects found in a unit from wall cracks, gap on floor tiles and even hollows behind the tiles. Even common area such as doors, lighting already found to have defects and not repaired in time. New tenants are advised to do pooling in your bathrooms, yard, and balcony to avoid damage claims from the lower floor.
Ceiling tends to hear heavy footsteps as the floor structure is not strong.
Tenants found to be not abiding the facilities rules to wear swimming suit in swimming pool, exercise attire in gym room. Even reading room was found for other uses than really a reading room.
Each time coming to Sutera Pines, you have to pay toll for RM1.80 unless new road is built to bypass it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good residential area to live and settle down but very few grab/hailing service available here. Public bus also not gonna come thru this area much making hard for you to get going anywhere unless if u owns a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guard in here NO STANDARD, when the access card machine spoil and can't be use they ask my IC ,WHY SHOULD I GIVE HIM MY IC? You are not a police, I say u can ask my phone number and house number not my IC,Then one of the guard call me YOU TAK ADA OTAK KAH? I ask the Supervisor to say SORRY about what the guard say he reply WE NEVER SAY SORRY TO THE CUSTOMERS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is not the strategic, next to a not so busy highway, vehicles tends to revved up after toll, especially those mod vehicles with loud pipes that for whatever reason fancy indulge on a quiet morning drive, beware light sleepers. Approx 9 mins drive to the nearest MRT station, 8-11mins drive to more varied shops. Somehow you'll won't forget to reload your TnG, because the toll is going to be there for a while. The workmanship & the building materials of the building is absolutely terrible, the architectural design is mediocre, it's apparent to us that developer minimise cost maximize profit. I'm not sure how long this place stays tranquil with lush greenery & isolation.
