 My blood circulation is better, I’m less tired, my respiratory system has improved, I feel refreshed after sweating, the service here is very good, kind and detox, it really helps a lot and sleeps a lot.

評価は、4.5点で、ギリギリ四捨五入で5点です。
サウナ自体は、個室になっており、Bluetoothで音楽も流せてかなり良いです。
雰囲気もかなりオシャレです。
ただ、水風呂、シャワーが無いのが残念。。。
水風呂、シャワーがあれば5点＋です。
This is one of the few facilities in Malaysia where you can enjoy a sauna.
The evaluation is 4.5 points, which is 5 points when rounded to the limit.
The sauna itself is a private room, and it is quite good to play music via Bluetooth.
The atmosphere is also quite fashionable.
However, it is a pity that there is no water bath or shower. .. ..
If you have a water bath and shower, you get 5 points +.

The staff at Sweat Spa @ Publika are very friendly. They always have a smile on their face and always take the time to explain and look out for your well being. Health is Wealth!
