★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended Sheila's Up Your IQ and honestly I love it! She reminds me of Oprah- someone who could draw out the best in you and not just dictate what might be right and wrong. I would recommend anyone to at least go through Up Your IQ to have a taster as to what Sheila is truly capable of!

The trainers and people at SWET are extremely passionate and good at doing what they do - image branding. Before meeting SWET I have never imagined that by just changing how we dress, we feel completely differently and attract a whole different world of opporunities and people to us, and I am now a totally different person.
For that reason alone I am forever grateful to have met the people at SWET and would highly recommend anybody who wants to make it to the next level to get in touch with SWET's training, you will be amazed by the result.

IMAGE IS AN ATTITUDE was my takeaway from Sheila Wong UYIQ #28* 8&9 August 2020
Today is day 2 post UYIQ
I still feel the training vibes. I am in awe of Sheila . How on earth did she remember all her lines for 2 whole days in high speed and yet be hysterically funny... constantly ! My only challenge was whether to keep my specs on or off. If I kept it on, I have to periodically remove my mask for air. I thought only dolphins do that. My laughter fogged my specs ! And yet I couldnt laugh too loud , for fear of passing out or fell off my chair. But if i took it off I couldnt see Sheila's dramatic expressions ! Organisers, you must seriously consider telling your bespectacled participants to spray anti mist spray?
The 2 days may look seamlessly easy like ABC but the lessons learned on ABC+D+E stayed vivid in my mind, without notes taking ! Hallmark of an excellent trainer.
I have never attend a training where
?I dont want to go to the washroom.. kiasu to lose out
?i didnt drink much water... kiasi to spill water when i laugh
?all the front seats are filled without prompting.
?No penalty rule yet no late comers.. all are kiasu .
If you valued your career, your self projection, I strongly recommend UYIQ for your own personal development! Please bring your partners, team, staff along or else midway you will definitely have this thought... Aiya I should have bring them along.
It is worth a weekend spent eventhough it is my second time attending ! It just gets better and the learning and receiving is different. That's because we grow and at a different phase of our lives. Will I attend a third time?
Definitely !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's my pleasure and privilege to met and learnt from the Master Guru of Image Consultant - Sheila Wong. I have attended few of her image courses - from Up Your IQ (UYIQ), FashionFengShui to INTERimage, I have learnt a lot from her and she totally wow my perspective towards fashion, personal image and outfit.
I never realized that our personal outfit (image) can create a personal impression in 7seconds. It's important for me to realize that wear an outfit RIGHT is better than wear it the way we USED TO wear because wearing them right helps in creating better opportunity in our life/business.
Recommend whoever wishes to gain more confidence through image/ outfit or even to transform their life to join her image trainings in future.
