★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interviewer didn't even bother to read the resume with the reason too busy. Not much discussion as he was busy explaining about themselves most times. It consist bunch of young and inexperience looking people that doesn't know how to value time. meeting schedule were off from time set. what a waste of my leave to attend such interview session.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the HR ladies talked very rudely. I am not sure only me or the other candidate also faces the same thing before the interview session starts. It sounds like I am wasting her time.
Be professional to reject the candidate if you think he/she is not the right fit for the role. They somehow will accept your words if you are in a good manner.
