★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd time buying from this shop, first time was couple of years ago. Previous experience is good but this time made me very unhappy. Pick up the pre order item, after turned down the offer for for buying the apple care, screen protection, screen crack and water damage insurance, I can feel the unwelcome from the staff that serve us. She talked to the cashier about us as of it's so wrong for us of not taking her offer(they talked soft but too bad still lound enough for me to hear it). It's really spoiling the mood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst workers ever. Shame on your company selling Apple product but got worst worker. Please treat customer nicely you're not the owner just the workers! First time went there and it's the last time for me. I was waiting for too long and no one entertain and just standing waiting my que behind other customers and suddenly one of the Malay worker shout out in front of other customer what am I searching for there? I told her I want to buy iPhone. She asking me which gb you want and what color by shout out in front of other customer and others in the shop were looking at me I feel very shame to answer with everyone around 6 to 8 people all looking at me. You should come to me or ask me to come to you and talk as I supposed to be entertained as customer not shout out like that and caught others attention like that. Shame on you!
