★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service are very bad and slow. other than that, the workers of Switch Aman Central are so arrogant and lazy …they dont want to pick up call at all …So disappointed tho.. I wanted to buy ipad there but no i cant face those arrogant and lazy people there (both chinese and malay workers are same and both are lazy) so freaking dissatisfied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They deliberately pick up your phone and hang up. Remove the number if you wont even bother to pick up. You just working there, not the owner. Why so rude and not do your job properly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to collect my pre-ordered items here, the process was smooth, waiting line may take about 10-15 minutes, it actually depends on the customers that are served first. The sales assistant named Amira was a big help, she also addressed any concerns/issues that we may have in mind. No such arrogant attitude with other staffs, everyone was friendly and respectful.
As for the reviews saying the telephone number couldn't be called, perhaps they've changed to a new one but not updated. No calls were heard inside the outlet either.

He attended me with absolute integrity and answered all my questions perfectly and with professionalism. Kudos to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are so friendly. I just wear something simple but they welcomed me with a big heart and very respectful. The atmosphere was very awesome. For all the negative about staffs are not being friendly if you wore something simple to Apple store, glad that it didnt happen at Switch Aman Central! And the most important thing is, they didnt suggest expensive stuffs just to sell their product, they even gave suggestion based on your suits and liking and why you want to use their products. This is a major skill that all sales assistants should have.
