★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never answer call, or always line busy. Most importantly other outlets coincidentally line busy at the same time. Suspecting they are removing phone ethernet cable or not put back phone receiver in purpose. Just throw away the phone & remove phone no. if don’t wish to service customers

Not friendly at all when we start to asked some questions she don’t want to help at all!! We thought asked a Chinese staff will more clear to us but not…Worst service at there‼️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my ipad air 4 here, but the service quite bad. Staff is not around to entertain you as you look at their products as they are very busy at the check out counter. Long waiting time at the queue outside even when there’s not many people inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's obvious that whoever in charge in there is incompetent. I've called this switch line for several times and all I get is them hanging up on me. U could even hear them lifting the phone itself and placing it back down to hang up. Totally disappointment for such a store merchandising such a brand. One tip, if you don't feel the need to accept calls, please remove the numbers from the Google page. If that's too hard, then it's clear that this specific store has a problem.
