★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only premium service provider in Johor Bahru, and rightly so. Their service is top-notch and I'm very pleased by their customer-first attitude. They are driven to find the best solutions to your problems unlike the service center in Pelangi Plaza that just wants to take your money.
I brought in my out-of-warranty Macbook Pro for a LCD problem, to which the service center in Pelangi Plaza quoted an RM2000 fee. But at Switch, Aliff, my CSR was quick to assess the situation and remembered the quality program Apple had about coating issues, and that repairs would be covered by them. Because of this, I saved myself RM2000, and walked away with an almost brand-new laptop. The estimated duration was 7-10 working days but I got it tin 5!
Very satisfied with these guys, and would not fail to recommend to anyone else looking for the best Apple service center in Johor Bahru.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 5yo MacBook Pro couldn't be switched on today and I recalled someone mentioned a Switch opened in Ecobotanic. So, off I went. Reached there about 5.30pm and there were no queue. The staff were so helpful! It turned out it was a software issue and he reset it for me. It took about 30 minutes overall. He also taught me what to do if the same incident were to happen again. Really happy with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 08.01.2019: took one week to have the battery replaced. switch called to reschedule the first committed collection date but could not confirm the next collection date. went over to check after a week but office was closed on Monday. no information on opening hours either. had no choice but to make another trip the next day only to find out that the phone was already ready for collection. why was I not informed earlier? an extremely bad customer user experience.
