I had send in my iPad Pro for warranty claim as there was some intermittent issue with the display. Didnโ€™t had any unhappy moments with the service center and probably because the unit is covered with AppleCare Protection Plan. The only two hassles that I had were (i) online appointment scheduling (ii) parking spot availability.

My M1 Mac has internet connectivity issue. I brought it to Switch Bay Avenue. Upon 2 weeks of waiting, they couldnโ€™t fix it and told me that, the product just burnt out. Therefore, I brought it to Machines Northpoint Mid Valley. Machines solved it out within 4 hours and saying that, it is a very common firmware issue.

Poor service. The service man asked still under warranty,I said no. He don't even check ask me buy new one cos unable to repair though I told him the data in iPad very important.

Please reconsider if you wish to buy any product from Switch especially when unluckily your product is mulfuction & need for warranty, their after sales service is so bad recent year. Have a broken 12 Pro Max and it's been 4 months I cannot bring in due to need appointment but until now warranty is 1 month from expiring but still failed to bring in. Understand that appointment needed due to serious Covid-19 case & temporarily shut down in June & I have to sacrifice some period. But now knowing most of the other brand service centres already can walk in except them. Almost never answering phone call, then only to say will call you later after stating your issue but no more response ever since, and this is the 6th time they are repeating same move since then. Wondering what Apple would think if they know they have authorized such a bad reseller & service provider to carry their products.

Worst ever service. If u don't buy accidental insurance, they don't check the phone properly and simply say this will not cover under warranty IF U HAVE ANY SMALL SCRATCHES in the exterior. Never buy IPHONE from Switch and any of its showrooms. They even charge you 100rm just to say it will not cover under warranty. They don't have the responsibility that they sell so called IPHONE products. They said the entire phone is out of order, need to replaced fully with cost of 3500rm for the mrp 4099rm phone. I just repaired n local shops they just charged 500rm and replaced some internal chip. See who are the Cheaters ? Never ever go for this service centre and u can see 90% ppl coming out of this service center with full frustration.

Sent my iphone 12 to StationFix.com in Sungai Dua and this scam shop cheated RM300 not even open my iphone at all. Wasted my time for 4 months with my iphone kept by the money cheater at StationFix.com Sungai Dua. Came to this Switch center and found out that StationFix.com never repair my iphone and only cheated my money. Don't go to StationFix.com Sungai Dua because its a scam shop. In Switch Service Center, after 3 weeks got my iphone fixed and working good now. Have to go to the right center to repair Apple products.

So many customers, yet so few staff and extremely slow service. Very disappointing experience. Only 2 counters open during office hours? Speed is worse than some government offices. Come on Switch/ Apple, you sell so many units a day, what more per year. Please step up your customer service.
