★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah saya di bandar baru selalu air tidak ada dari pukul 6 sehingga pukul 10 malam. Dah setahun pekara ini berlaku. Amat menyusahkan penduduk di kawasan ini. Berharap ada pihak yang prihatin membantu dan menjalankan tugas.
My house in the new town always has no water from 6pm until 10pm. It's been a year since this happened. Very inconvenient for residents in this area. Hope there are concerned parties to help and carry out the task.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow, Poor Service! Rude! Not Responsive! No manpower/staff yg jawab call! Telefon tu buang je dalam tong sampah. Call SADA Sungai Petani tak berangkat. Tulis dekat website kata 24 jam. Call nak dekat 15x. Call hotline SADA lgilah tak berangkat. Mesej page takde feedback. Nak betulkan lagi lambat siap. Kawasan Taman Ria Sungai Petani kerap takde air. Berlarutan dan berlaku banyak kali. Setiap minggu tiba2 tiada air. Awat catu air ke? Paip pecah hari2? Maintenance tiap minggu? Waktu pagi sekejap ada. Ptg takde air. Apa ni? Engineer dan technician SADA buat apa? Cara kerja apa macam ni tak selesaikan masalah. Apa tugas Engineer/technician kat SADA ? Kalau tak tahu ni fungsi engineer tuk solve problem. Allah bg rezeki kerja tu supaya buat dgn Amanah. Kerja dan gaji tu halal ke tak? Pikiaq la. Taknak kerja leklok bg org lain yg lebih baik kerja kat tempat hang. FYI, Air tu penting tuk kegunaan kami rakyat marhaen ni. Bad and worse service ever.
Slow, Poor Service! Rude! Not Responsive! No manpower/staff answering the call! Throw the phone in the trash. Call SADA Sungai Petani did not leave. Write near the word website 24 hours. Call kid close to 15x. Call the SADA hotline again and don't leave. Message page takde feedback. I want to fix it again, it's too late. The Sungai Petani Amusement Park area often lacks water. Prolonged and happens many times. Every week there is no water. What is your water supply? The pipe broke in two days? Maintenance every week? There is a moment in the morning. Ptg takde air. What is this? What do SADA engineers and technicians do? This way of working does not solve the problem. What is the job of an Engineer/technician at SADA? If you don't know, this is the function of the engineer to solve the problem. God bless the work to be done with trust. Are the work and salary halal? Pikiaq la. Taknak work leklok bg other people who better work at the place hang. FYI, water is important for our use, the people of Marhaen. Bad and worse service ever.
