★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Communication was very bad. Unprofessional mechanic; overpromise and underdeliver. Only do work after I called them and ask for updates. Was told that the work will take 2-4 weeks, but when I came after 4 weeks, nothing has been done yet, and then only they told me that they need more time.
The workshop is unorganised and super messy, with tools and parts scattered everywhere. Has leaking roof all over the place. My car was left exposed to dripping rain from the roof.
Called me after 8 weeks to pick up my car. When I checked my car, lots of parts were missing and not installed back properly. Simplest thing was not even done right, like the radiator fan air intake direction was inverted, leaking current, dirt and oil stains everywhere. VERY POOR workmanship.
Terrible customer service. I told the workshop owner that I was not satisfied with the service and asked for compensation. We settled the dispute and I drove off, only to realise that some part of my car was missing. So I made a U-turn back to the workshop. The owner was taking to another customer then. He saw me and just ignored me. I stood there for more than 15 minutes and he didn't even come and ask me to wait in the waiting area, then just left with the other customer. I had to go talk to the admin staff, and they took more than an hour to look for the missing part.
Don't risk it. Just go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Submitted completed documents, waited for 3 days but still no progress at all.Excuses given - damage evaluator on leave, internet cable problem and surprisingly owner also on leave. It's not about the excuses, but they didn't even bother to inform, as they promised they will work after I submitted my document.
Called for workshop transfer process - clerk was unprofessional, talking with a high-raised voice. Went to see the clear, she clearly ignored me, with no skills at all. Office was horrible, with no proper lighting, and not hygienic at all. NOT RECOMMENDED.
