β β β β β I bought a kiln during pandemic, instead of choosing the overseas brand, I decided to support local product. I accepted the late delivery due to pandemic but it is very disappointing that they have very poor communication, super slow response after I made payment. After the machine reached my place for 3 weeks, no one contacted me to arrange any technician to my place to teach me how to use it, untill I kept sending messages to them. They asked for my feedback after I receive the kiln, I sent the photos of my finding but no any response regarding it, I have never being this disappointed with my purchase.

But what you have written is not the true case, I really hope you looked through the messages, correspondences between customer and your sales department.
I attached a screenshot of it in case you have not checked on that, on 8th Nov, I asked and told your side about my schedule. Then suddenly without checking my availability, you sent me a message on 2nd Dec telling me, you will reach next day, no communication before hand, and that time I was not around in Kedah (not as you said I chose to go away). Please tell me if I am the unreasonable one.
I have made 50% payment in advance as you requested. The other 50% should be made after I receive the item and manual and technical support on how to operate the kiln. I also attached the photos of the kiln I received with scratches and parts of damage. Please response what can you do about it before asking for other half payment.
I would really appreciate if this matter can be looked at in a fair trade.
I fully understood the situation of pandemic and about the delay of delivery, but it is the lack of responsibility on responding with real delivery information which has caused me many troubles (I have been clearing my schedule to stay at home, to wait for the 'little' kiln to come, but no update on the delivery for so long, at the end I just had to do what I needed to, I went to attend my workshop at other state, then you suddenly informed me that you want to come the next day). I know what I bought is a little kiln which cost very little to many (rm6k), but for me it is not the matter, even if it was a business deal of rm60 it should be treated professionally.
