I bought several units of air conditioner from this shop and I was given top notch customer service by Vijay. He is courteous and patient in handling my enquiries and he has good product knowledge. All my air conditioners were delivered on time as he had promised.

During klcc home expo, order 1 Daikin 1.5hp from this company. The sales person quite friendly. During the installation, this is where the problem comes in. During the installation process, the technician drill the wall and uses the aircond box to collect the sand from falling to the ground. The box is put on the curtain rod to collect the dust and sand. Later then I saw the curtain rod fall off and the technician was able to put back up. Then I didn’t really go check since the curtain rod was back into place. The aircond installation is done and the aircond is working fine. The technician then leave. When I was prepared to clean the place and try to close the curtain. The curtain rod fell off. Every other day I was able to open and close the curtain with no problem at all. Even my other side curtain rod as in the picture are screwed in place without any problem. Then only I remembered the curtain rod fell off during the drilling process. I then inform the electrical shop about the incident and he help to contact the installation technician. Afterwards, I was informed by the electrical shop staff that the installation technician said the curtain rod is already spoil and not his fault. I was really disappointed and shocked by the dishonesty of the technician. At least.. at least.. u apologise and admit it’s your fault and u will come to fix the hole and drill a new one. I then tell the electrical shop staff to inform the installation technician to fix the curtain. The electrical shop staff agrees and arrange the installation technician to come over and fix after few days of communication. The electrician shop staff says that he couldn’t decide on to believe who since he was not on the site and I could understand this. After few days of thoughts, I was shocked by the dishonesty of the installation technician and afraid that other things might happen if he really comes and fix the curtain. I then inform the electrician shop staff to inform the installation technician not to come. I have then and rather spend extra few hundred to get a drill and cement to fix the wall and curtain. Overall. The aircond installed and sales person is consider ok. Only the technician.
