โ โ โ โ โ Bought a toshiba washing machine.. Delivered on the same day.... Quite happy as on that day... At the same time saw a reconditioned 2 door Elba fridge for sale at rm 380...the guys told me it is in good working condition.. Can last for at least 1 year to 2 years... So I buy it like bought gold... Not even 3 months the lower compartment as in the chiller is not cold anymore.. Funny the freezer part is working well and very cold... Called the outlet to get it fixed... Answer is we don't guarantee 2nd hand products.. Felt cheated and angry... Called another 2 times... Answer is no feedback yet.. Well be be advice do not buy things from this company... Now I remembered why I stop buying from them when they were in ampang point... That was 10 years ago when I last bought from them.... Please be adviced...
