★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service and discrimination. My father car was one of the cars involved in the recent recall exercise. However, due to the car was not purchase from this dealer, they didn't give any attention to our request and keep finding excuses. We registered online for appointment two times ( June and Sept ), the auto message showing that someone will be in contact with us for the appointment. To date, no even single call neither email received. In between, my father sent his car for periodical service and asked about the replacement part, they just told him no parts available, but up selling some other things to my father . Not sure what kind of service guidelines and standard Honda Malaysia has in place. Absolutely disappointing
