★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TRUSTWORTHY and RELIABLE. My car broke down at Simpang Pulai at 1am in the morning, on my way back to KL with family. Called Etiqa and they recommended this workshop. The tow truck came and towed my car to their workshop at midnight while me and my family went straight to the hotel. Eager to know what happen to my car, the next early morning I went to their workshop and found they friendly technicians already diagnosing my car and all our belonging we left in the car still intact. With that responsiveness, they tried looking for spare part but to no avail. However they really understand my situation (family+away from home), they tried to temporarily fix the part so that me and my family could drive back to KL safely. On top of that, they only charged me RM20! It's quite difficult to find reliable workshop these days and these guys are exceptional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my car here after a major accident. Initially Etiqa recommended me to send here and I dont know much about the workshop but since its near to my house I just sent it there. They did repair everything back to normal and within 3 weeks completed everything. But after like 1 week of usage the car started to have few problems like the engine mounting started to vibrate, the foldable side mirror not working (one side) and viper washer not working as well. Brought back the car to them but they just repair the viper washer and other problem they said cant repair because it's not included in the spare parts they changed. To my surprise they admitted finally they did change the engine mountings but they said they did it for free of charge and cant fix it again. Finally frustrated and I just use the car as it is because this car is the main drive for me and I dont have other car as emergency use.
