★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently did my PCRT at a clinic where the test and report done by this lab. Then I received my call next day informed me that I am covid positive. My heart was dropped and I quickly informed my company and all my closed contact. However I received SMS from mysejahtera stated my status is negative. I reconfirmed with the clinic on my report status and the report clearly stated detected. Then the clinic contact this lab again apparently the lab made a mistake when print out my report as if covid positive of show detected it should show the CT value as well. This is really a very bad experience as it create so much emotional trauma and tension to the patient. I always thought lab result should be accurate one however I never expect such reputable lab can make such a simple mistake and this is really unacceptable.
