★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes I never saw a small mall with big food court and a hotel in a college or in a student campus,it's a beautifully designed shopping area with lake view terrace,there are two 24 hours convenience store,7eleven and family mart , which are very helpful especially for students, tight security under police bantuan, clean and tidy place,4 wheelchair accessible parking lots, laundry, Maybank ATM, Starbucks coffee, merchandise store, clinic and book shop,I like the restaurants with variety of different foods,best for students.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the few universities in Malaysia that has build-in shopping mall catered for student's leisure. There are wide range of restaurants, restaurant chain and shop chain something that you won't found in other universities such as Starbucks, FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, Noodle to Noodle, specialities restaurant and even an Apple Store inside. They also come completed with student gym which highly resemble like Fitness First but with boxing ring too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is as of 2022, April. A LOT OF SHOPS HAVE BEEN CLOSED. There is no more tealive, no more cyber cafe, no more mamak, no more old town white coffee, no more chicken rice shop, no more apple store or basically the store that sells phone related things, and the entirety of the very bottom floor of syopz mall's stores and eateries are CLOSED/BANKRUPTED.
As you can see on the uploaded photo I've included, there's literally only two eateries left on the lower ground floors and also you can see that a whole row of stores are closed. I am extremely worried about the students well-being if the limited eateries problem persist for longer.
For those who are returning or planning to enroll to Taylor's, please take note of this!!!
