Every time Sysnapse Malaysia offered responsive, prompt, highly competent and at the same time surprisingly inexpensive repairing. I'm lucky to have you guys here in Penang. β β β β β Never Listnen proper when order, send wrong item from order, total different item from picture present, worst replacement arrange, answer perfunctory, customer service attidude bad, counter back from feedback and push reponsible to other department, teach customer what should do and what not to do!!!

β β β β β Excellent service, I had my laptop back in 2 days.
I had my palmrest and CMOS battery changed for my XPS, all looks good. All you need to do is contact them, and send over then wait for it to come back.
Need to compliment on the return packaging, when I sent laptop over, I was struggling for the packaging but it returned with a careful pack box even power adapter & cable packed in different ESD bags. Thumbs up for the excellent services.

β β β β β The customer service is exceptional! I have been returning my server network card to Sysnapse for 2 times. They still provide me with new card and pay for the shipping cost! I am being totally transparent here! Honestly i am happy to deal PC parts or any related product with Sysnapse. Good packaging too. Absolutely recommend!

β β β β β Bought a replacement charger for my lenovo laptop. Less than a year its already faulty and my laptop can't be charged anymore. Sent to other shop and they told me the charger faulty. I shouldn't have trusted the support from Sysnapse when they told me should follow the part number and not the model number to get compatible charger. This is totally misleading to customers
