★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be warned if you are contemplating making furniture order from them. Serious quality issue, seems to have a lack of quality control. My sofa was delivered TWICE to my house, though each time I declined to take delivery because the left arm rest was not properly aligned. Defect was rather obvious. When I called them up, they said it's bound to be so because they are hand-made! They even dared to ask me to pay in full first, and they will send someone to fix the problem later. I only accepted it after the 3rd delivery.
Another single seater recliner sofa that I ordered from them had 2 long screws that kept coming loose within 2 weeks of its delivery to my house. Called them up to request someone to come and fix the problem as I had young children in my house. They kept delaying, never picked up my call anymore and only whatsapp to say somebody will call me to arrange a time to come over... Almost 2 weeks and still nobody showed up, they don't even bother to prioritise with urgency.
Regretted dealing with them ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of this sofa manufacturer. They will promise you everything during fair and sales. But when comes to confirming the order, you can't change anything. I had 2 orders during the fair which I didn't want to make 2, but the sales team will promise you that you can change or combine the order in the future. At the end, their dealer closed down the business and took my RM 3,000 deposit without letting me to combine the orders
