β β β β β The staff Ms Fadila were extremely rude and has no respect towards the clients. The best part is she doesn't even bother to apologize.she Needs to go for customer svc training and learn the terms called "customer's always right". She also needs to bark up on her bad attitude and don't be so ABRUPT AND ARROGANT towards client .There's no harm being patience n be a good listener after all the clients are paying their SALARY! Last but not least WITH ALL DUE RESPECT their lawyer Mr Jacky Loi is good and reliable.
