โ โ โ โ โ Ya allah kenapa lambat sangat untuk proses duit Rm400 tu ya ??? Saya orang biasa sangat memerlukan duit untuk belajar.. Dah nak masuk 3 bulan tapi duit tak masuk lagi. Harap pihak tertentu tolong ambil berat pada kami.

Saya ingin membuat aduan sebagi input penambahbaikan TAPEM. Saya dapati tiada staff TAPEM yang menjaga panggilan masuk. Sudah lebih dari 3 kali saya telefon hari ini pada jam 3 petang namun tiada yang jawab. Sebelum2 ini juga saya berkali2 menelefon TAPEM tapi tidak berjawab tidak kira waktu pagi ataupun petang (Monday-Friday/Office Hour). Mohon diambil input ini bagi menambahkan mutu kerja dan memudahkan orang ramai.

I would like to make a complaint as an input for TAPEM improvement. I found that no TAPEM staff took care of incoming calls. It's been more than 3 times I called today at 3 pm but no one answered. Before this, I also called TAPEM many times but did not answer regardless of the time in the morning or evening (Monday-Friday/Office Hour). Please take this input to improve the quality of work and facilitate the public.

โ โ โ โ โ Said all the documents can be sign by principal, the moment want to hand up they said it's wrong, and all the docs should be signed by government uni/school 's principal. Make people rush here rush there, waste ppl time. It was raining day, so I fall sick also.

Bcs we need rm400 for studies, that's why we apply, hope improve ur service
