β β β β β The waiting area is very comfortable. The problem might occur to the elderly people because the transaction counters are located on the first floor. But sometimes there will be staffs that help the elderly or disabled clients at the service counter located at the ground floor. I like the information board that keep us updating on the events regarding to the Hajj, Zakat and Islamic informations.
