★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good staff. I was there to seek for pengesahan and hand in my ptptn loan dokumen (one is for the pihak ptptn, another 1 set we keep ourselves) and they just took my dokumen and sent to the office at the back and let me go somewhere else for shopping? I came back after 30~40minutes and I got my dokumen back. Thats it.
*ps: their SOP is good.. There is an aunty who will always sanitize the seats/tables before the next customer sit on it????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After visits to a few MBB branch offices to collect PTPTN form we were advised then visited Giant Subang Jaya and to our surprise found a PTPTN branch office in between shops at the first floor No need to ever go to their Main office at Megan Avenue II at Jalan Yap Kwan Seng KL Very efficient staff
